This website, ivoriva.com, is operated by Ivoriva ("we", "us", "our"), an online store based in Spain. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to display our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by about 1-3 cm (0.5-1 in) due to manual measuring. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or change descriptions and prices at any time without notice.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product becomes unavailable. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown on our site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Discounts and promotions

Promotions such as "Complete the Look" apply only while active and under the conditions shown at checkout. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos and design, belongs to Ivoriva or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to interfere with the security of the site or to infringe the rights of others.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivoriva is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country or state of residence.
