Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Ivoriva pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, worn hats and scarves cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@ivoriva.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first - returns sent without approval can't be processed.

Return shipping

Our products ship from our international fulfillment center, and returns are sent back to that same center. If you're returning an item for a reason that isn't our fault (for example, it doesn't fit or you changed your mind), return shipping is paid by you, and international return shipping may cost more than a domestic return. Please contact us first - we'll always try to find the easiest solution for you. We recommend using a tracked shipping service; we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund - you won't pay anything, including return shipping.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package never arrives, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order. Not sure about your size? Email us before ordering and we'll help you choose.
