Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time: Standard shipping to the United States usually takes 7-15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays) or due to carrier delays.

Shipping costs: Free standard shipping on orders over $59. Orders under $59 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

No customs fees: All import duties and taxes are included and paid by us (DDP). You will never be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Where we ship: We currently ship to the United States only. Our products ship from our international fulfillment center.

Multiple items: Items from the same order are usually packed and shipped together. If an order is split into more than one package, you will receive tracking information for each one.

Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives. See our Track Your Order page.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Holiday orders: To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering as early as possible. We will announce our recommended last order date on our website.
