How to track your package
- Find the shipping confirmation email from Ivoriva.
- Click the tracking link, or copy your tracking number.
- Paste the number at 17track.net to see the latest updates.
Good to know
- Orders are processed in 1-3 business days.
- Delivery to the US takes 7-15 business days after shipping.
- Tracking can take 2-5 days to show the first update - this is normal.
If you have an Ivoriva account, you can also see your orders by signing in from the account icon at the top of the page.
